I accidently ate a lot of raw chicken...should I be worried?

Stupid me didn't read the label on chicken cordon bleu and I just popped it in the microwave for a minute of so till it was warm and ate the whole thing. I ate one last night and half of one this morning like that before my mom found me and told me it was raw meet and it says so several times on the package along with big warnings not to microwave it. Lovely. I don't feel sick at all. Should I be worried? What should I do?
