LCB Pasadena or JWU North Miami?

Ok, So I got accepted to both Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, and Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA. I am from NJ so I am not familiar with either areas and I'm not 100% sure that I can afford to visit both with my mom, so which school do you think is better/safer to attend for Baking and Pastry arts? Also, which has a better environment? I will be living in an apartment by myself with my 2 small dogs, and I would like to know what are the best areas to live in, and which school is better overall, also, which would be a better suit for a young lady, I don't want to be in a dangerous high crime area, also I am very celeb obsessed so which area is more likely to have celeb spottings? Please help! I need to make the decision on which college to go asap! Thanks!
