Are the philadelphia eagles a good team?

my friends an eagle fan, always braggin bout them saying theyre the best team in the NFL, but then some of my other friends say theyre not that good of a team theyre decent and that desean jacksons just fast and he aint talented, is this true or are they good because they seem like theyre a good team to me
