What's the Name of This Book?

A long time ago i read a book about a boy in a wheel chair. he was not able to control his movments or anything but he was able to think perfectlly fine. no one was able to hear him because he cant controll his speach either. the whole book is him narrating and he thinks his father is going to kill him to put him out of his misory. one scene i can remeber is a bunch of people coming up too him feeling sorry for him and one girl comes up and the boy checks out her boobs. hahah thats all i can remember. can you please help me find the name of this book? thank you so much!
