How do u make a resume for summer job?!?

its summer and I want to apply for jobs but some are asking for a resume. I don't really know how to make one so can you help me out? I never had a job before this but i have volunteered for really for life a couple of times and i won 2 scholarships. I'm a 88 avrg student and I'm funny =D. Can you please tell me what I exactly need and how to order it. Thank you for the help! Im applying for a job at fye and American Eagle and since im on the topic of jobs can i know if they wouldnt pick me because i am 17.
