How many years would you need to get a diploma of baking at Le Cordon Bleu?

i'm working on a resume for one of my classes in careers. I have to imagine myself 15 years from now and i need to know how many years i would spend on each of my educations(schools, apprenticeships)to become a pastry chef. Also if you could tell me about the requirements to become a pastry chef, it would also help me too(:
