The only thing you can do is if you've missed a period take a test but if you take one before your period is due it might not pick up enough of the hormone to give a positive test. I think the chances of pregnancy occuring with the withdrawel method is 1 in 4 woman get pregnant each year if the method is used correctly, just check in case im wrong.
