My girlfriend is having sexual issues please help if you can.?

I have googled and googled and cant find any answers to this specefic question. Me and my girlfriend have been goin out for about 3 years now and she is 19. After we were going out for about a year she started using yaz birth controll for about 6 months and there were no problems before she switched to the depo shot. She was on the shot for about a year and she stopped because she started going crazy. A few months after she started the depo she couldnt get wet anymore and said it hurt to have sex and that she didnt get horny or have any sex drive. This has been going on ever since, we thought if she got off the shot that would help but she has been off of it for about a year now and nothing has changed. And yes we have tried lube! She said it still hurts and that still doesnt fix the fact that she isnt horny and has a low sex drive. She taled to whoever at planned parenthood and they told her to try some medixine stuff that was supposed to help her get wet, that didnt work either. She has been off the depo shot for about a year now and this is still a problem. She can sometimes get horny and a little wet when she is drunk but its not at all wet like it used to be and this is very rare. We have talked, lube doesnt work, please help me figure this out!
