Process for a H2b visa?

well, get your friend to consult a good immigration lawyer to see what would be the best way of going about this. He'll need help even if he does file an H2b, however, chances are pretty good that Yak Rider is right that the H2b visa wouldn't be the way to go, since this would be hard to define as seasonal work, or temporary. but there are other possibilities, potentially at least. If you want to get this done by March, he'd better see one soon.
