What is a good or the best school for culinary arts?

Go to your local community college take the cooking and baking classes, work in a bakery or restaurant to see if that is what you want to do in life and gain some experience and hone your skills, THEN attend either the local Le Cordon Bleu school in your area, or the CIA or the Johnson &Wales university. With either of these three schools you can write your own paycheck.
