How to make chicken cordon bleu with sauce?

my boyfriend loves chicken cordon bleu and i have a good recipe for it but id love a new different recipe to try and he also said he's had chicken cordon bleu with a spinach sauce but i cant seem to find a recipe with a spinach sauce if you know a spinach sauce recipe itd appreciate it alot
