My stomach and me :(?

I'm quite skinny and never had to deal with this before but lately for the past 5 months my tummy makes noises, and I can actually controll it like if I breath my stomach in it will make a loud noise. I showed it to my mom lol and she freaked out and said I have to see the doctor. I don't want to. Plus it's not always happening, how'll the doctor know what talking about. It's pretty loud. It defiantly sound like a growl. I will admit though it happens the most when I'm hungry. :( and that's my story!!!!!!! Please don't think I'm weird v/c I'm not. Honest!
