Which two meal options are best?

I would go with a chicken and a beef my choice would be chicken cordon bleu and the prime rib. for the appetizers I think I would choose the spring rolls with dipping sauce, fresh fruit and peeled shrimp with sauce. Yes I agree with one of the other answers you should ask for a vegetarian main course as well. Most caterer's will do this for you with no problem. Also if you are having children ask if they have children's menu's as well.
