How can I befriend wild kittens?

Okay so I stray cat I picked up had kittens. I can't bring this cat inside so the kittens remained outside. My mom picked me up from my dad's place where the kittens are and wouldn't bring me back until she had to go to work(week later) by the time we found the kittens they went wild. Now If I try to go near them they hiss and the moon comes and tries to scratch. Dad won't let me keep the cats because he doesn't want to feed them if they are just going to be wild and we cant' even pet them. He says tomorrow he's going to call animal controll to take them away! So I need to do this quick!
